MacPractice Embeds Payments in the Dental Practice

The problem
Dental practices collect card payments all day: copays, treatment plans, balances that carry over. For MacPractice offices, that processing sat outside the software, spread across outside providers, with nothing coming back to the platform. About 142 practices were already taking payments elsewhere.
What we did
MacPractice boarded onto ValPay so patient payments live inside the practice management system and settle through ValPay's Fiserv PayFac. Rollout across MacPractice's dental and medical base grew from 37 practices in the first year to 305 today, at better than 95% attach. Offices with existing processor agreements came on as those contracts ended.
