How MacPractice Put Payments Inside the Practice

MacPractice moved the card flow into the ledger for Mac-based dental offices.
The problem
A dental visit ends at the front desk: a co-pay, an insurance split, sometimes a payment plan for the crown. For MacPractice offices, every one of those payments ran through an outside processor, then had to be keyed back into the ledger by hand. Reconciliation was a second job, and the software never saw the money.
What we did
MacPractice builds practice management software for Mac-based dental and medical offices. With ValPay embedded, the card flow lives inside the ledger: payments post to the patient record as they happen, card-on-file covers multi-visit treatment plans, and the front desk stops re-keying anything.
The results
305 practices now run on ValPay, with a 95%+ payments attach rate.
