How MacPractice Put Payments Inside the Clinic

MacPractice moved the card flow into the ledger for Mac-based medical clinics.
The problem
A clinic visit ends with a co-pay, an insurance balance, and often a bill that goes home unpaid. For MacPractice clinics, every patient payment ran through an outside processor and had to be posted back to the ledger by hand. Reconciliation was a second job, and the software never saw the money.
What we did
MacPractice builds practice management software for Mac-based medical offices. With ValPay embedded, the card flow lives inside the ledger: payments post to the patient record as they happen, card-on-file and text-to-pay cover the balances that used to go home on paper, and the front desk stops re-keying anything.
The results
305 clinics now run on ValPay, with a 95%+ payments attach rate.
