MacPractice Brings Payments Into the Clinic

The problem
Medical clinics process patient payments constantly: copays, outstanding balances, recurring plans. For MacPractice offices, those transactions ran through outside processors, disconnected from the record system and earning the platform nothing.
What we did
MacPractice boarded onto ValPay, which put payments inside the software and settled them through ValPay's Fiserv PayFac. Across its dental and medical practices, adoption grew from 37 in the first year to 305 today, at better than 95% attach, with offices moving over as prior processor agreements ran out.
