How CyberTill's RetailVista Turned Checkout Into Revenue
Retail
Card acceptance moved inside the POS, and RetailVista now earns on volume across more than 1,100 stores.

The problem
Every retailer takes cards at the till. For CyberTill's RetailVista stores, though, the processing happened outside the software. Each merchant signed with its own provider, reconciliation lived somewhere else, and none of the money came back to the platform. Around 796 stores were already running card payments through someone else.
What we did
RetailVista boarded onto ValPay, so card acceptance now sits inside the POS and settles through ValPay's Fiserv PayFac. Stores moved in waves rather than all at once, since many were locked into existing processor contracts. The first year brought on 677 locations. As those older agreements expired, the count climbed past 1,185, with more than 95% of active stores now running payments through the platform. RetailVista earns on volume it used to send out the door.
