The problem
A retail day is hundreds of card taps, and every one used to live in a separate world from the till: a terminal from one vendor, a processor statement from another, and an end-of-day count that had to explain the difference.
What we did
RetailVista builds retail management software for grocery and specialty stores. With ValPay embedded, the lane and the ledger are the same system: the sale, the tap, and the settlement post together, and the end-of-day balances itself. RetailVista earns on processing volume across its stores, and operators get one statement instead of three.
The results
1,185 stores now run on ValPay, with a 95%+ payments attach rate.
