How H&L Built Payments Into the POS
Hospitality
H&L made the terminal and the till the same system, closing the night in one view.

The problem
A night of service is open tabs, split checks, and tips that all have to land somewhere. For H&L venues, the terminal and the till were different systems: a tap on one, a sale on the other, and an end-of-night close that had to explain the difference.
What we did
H&L builds point-of-sale and back-office software for hospitality venues: restaurants, bars, clubs, and stadiums. With ValPay embedded, the terminal and the till are the same system. Tabs pre-authorize and settle with tips attached, splits post by seat, and every payment lands in the ledger it belongs to. H&L earns on the processing volume its venues generate.
The results
205 venues now run on ValPay, with a 95%+ payments attach rate.
